Austin’s taxes are running people out of the city but it’s high taxes have expanded to 100 commuter miles around it. There were exactly 50% of the homes on our street up for sale a couple years ago thanks to high taxes. What were once 2 weeks of income is now nearly 4 months of income in property taxes. All thanks to Austin’s libs. The city can fall into a sink hole and the state would be better off.

In my neighborhood, houses stay on the market for a day or two and sell for 10-20% over the asking price.
