Why can't they wait for their hearing outside the US (far away from our borders)? Then they couln't just disappear inside the USA. If they stay anywhere inside our borders, some judge is going to order them released. If they were staying far outside the US, and didn't show up for the amnesty hearing, no problem.

When I made that comment, I’m simply addressing how our people have chosen to interpret the laws on the books now.
I doubt any laws sanctioned what is happening. I may be wrong on that. Sure doesn’t make sense.
