I wondered about that too. Against my better judgement, thinking I would find out something disgusting, I decided to search for the meaning. Turns out they misspelled “voguer” which is someone who likes to strike poses like fashion models. Why there is a word for that, and why someone would be known for that, I have no idea. Maybe it comes from the old Madonna song, “Vogue.” There’s a picture of this poor kid doing it.

What’s REALLY funny is that the writer probably saw it as “vouger” and thought, “I don’t know what it is, but I want to seem hip, so I’ll put it in my article.”
