The UK Daily Mail had an article on this today. The graphic they published showed 2017 sales of about 150,000 in the US (down ~15,000 from 2016) and less than 10,000 in all of the EU. A small increase in an already low-volume market doesn't mean much at all. Just natural year-to-year fluctuation, IMO.
