Yes you are totally right.
Rush today was reticent about any such charges and said it would cause the accuser to be called racist.
But being conciliatory to the Dems NEVER works. Remember “No new taxes. Read my lips” was said after a private meeting with Dems where they promised Bush they would back him up and agree with him—then they lied and stabbed him in the back with a new tax increase and used it all against him.
Emboldened Dems looking around like kids to see if they are getting away with something naughty will say let’s escalate!
