Would this be legal in a two party wiretap rule state?

Or, is FB powerful enough that they could point to some hard-to-find clause in their user agreement and get away with it?

Here is the short version:

FaceBrother can do whatever the F**k it wants.

Even if this isnt true, why would anyone still be on FB after all the other stuff they have pulled.

I guess there are more masochists than I thought.
