They knew who the registered Pubbies at the rally were and did the math.
At the rally we went to before the election, there were Donald Dems. We spoke with them. They were PO’d at their party.

When we got tickets for a Florida Rally, we had to give our names and personal info online. I expect that they compare that data to voter rolls besides obvious security reasons.
