Just once, I would like to calmly ask those who make claims like this:
NAME ONE RIGHT THAT IS ADVERSELY AFFECTED.
They throw out stupid premises and people are cowed.
In my experience, if they have a response, what they state is not a right. They will say something about Obamacare, free housing, welfare, clean water or global warming. None of these are rights. They do not know what constitutes a right.
A fundamental right, when exercised can not obligate someone else to do or not do something. Healthcare is not a right. Housing is not a right. Even free food is not a right.
