Sounds like the second brother fled the scene. He probably wouldn’t have been charged if he had stayed with the cops and tried to give them first aid, call for help on their radio, etc.
I suppose he did. Not sure if I blame for that.
I would stay and help because I don’t know any better. In fact I would stay and them them where to find my brother.
But I don’t live in the “hood.”
