CNN couldn’t tolerate Attorney General Jeff Sessions exposing the hypocrisy of many on the left who have criticized the Trump administration’s immigration policies. And so the network took to trashing the Attorney General for his remarks of yesterday, in which Sessions pointed out that many of the critics:
“live in gated communities where you have to have an ID to even come in . . . And if you try to scale the fence, believe me, they’ll be only too happy to have you arrested and separated from your children.”

CNN’s Jon Avlon upped the ante:
“A badly-delivered speech whose sentiment was even worse. You’re trying to play the limousine-liberal card, and mocking people who are concerned about the separation of children from their families. That is just so far beneath what would we should expect from our Attorney General.

The no-tolerance deterrence was 100% prosecution not family/child separation.
