The Dems will not approve anyone. Only way to get them on now is nuclear option 50+ votes.

The nuclear option was triggered by the Gorsuch nomination and approval. The nuclear option is still in place for the next one unless the Republicans revoke it and change the rule back to where it was prior. For now the rule is in effect if I'm not mistaken.
There are more rinos (Corker, Flake, Collins, Murkowski, Paul, etc) that will oppose than there are dems that will support. I don't see a confirmation before the Nov election. Even then, it will take a squish to get.
