California Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris said there would be the “destruction of the Constitution” if President Donald Trump got to pick the Supreme Court justice to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews.”
“We’re looking at a destruction of the Constitution of the United States as far as I can tell based on all the folks he’s been appointing thus far for lifetime appointments,” Harris told Matthews on Wednesday night. “He’s been appointing ideologues, he’s been appoint people who have refused to agree that Brown v. Board of Education is settled law.”
Harris’s comment was in response to Matthews asking her what the Supreme Court is “going to look like for the next 30 years.” (RELATED: It Only Took Jeffrey Toobin Three Hours After Justice Kennedy’s Retirement To Talk About Abortion)
“The President’s list of potential SCOTUS nominees are complete non-starters,” Harris tweeted Wednesday. “They are conservative ideologues, not mainstream jurists. We cannot and will not accept them to serve on the highest court in the land.”

Trump is going to appoint a strong Constitutionalist. That’s not a way to destroy the Constitution.
You destroy the Constitution by appointing judges who do not abide by it’s tenets.
None of Obama’s appointees do. The Constitution means nothing to them.

When I was a teenager I had already been reading tons of history books and many of them were about Russia and the Soviet Union. That was when I started noticing the Media and the Democrat Party were using the same tactics and sayings of the Bolsheviks.
I didn’t know the psychological terms for accusing your opponent of exactly what you were doing so as to deflect attention from yourself but I later learned that term was, Projection, and that has been the main thing they have done during my lifetime.

They’re going to push really hard for a compromise. Don’t let it happen. *Write to your members of Congress, the President and other members of the Administration.* Tell them that the new justice must be socially conservative. This is very important, and I’ll tell you why.
The U.S.A. became great because of our nation’s ideals. People here were exposed to the absolute healthiest examples of American living for most of the years of the U.S.A., and those examples kept Americans trying to be the most reasonable, healthy and productive people they could be.
More recently, and increasingly often for over 40 years, we’ve been exposed more to the most *unhealthy* examples of how to conduct our lives. Such examples have been broadcast as being good. That’s what has happened to our country.
“Make America Great Again.” Remember, that is our intention. We don’t have to be perfect. We don’t have to hate people because of their personal problems or abnormalities, but...
* We don’t need to be fired from jobs, because socially or mentally abnormal people hated us and used sneaky, dishonest tactics to get us fired. That has happened all too often.
* We don’t need to be kept out of higher education, because we’re white, male, heterosexual,... You get the picture.
* We don’t need to kept out of work by the desires of a few who want to send all of our jobs to run down countries with nations that haven’t been improved despite generations of efforts.
* We don’t need to be replaced by billions of poor slaves from countries with extremely different cultures and hideously and perpetually evil governments.
We’re U.S. identity, or American identity if you will. We’re not really so much white identity. It’s an American thing (as in U.S.A. American)—black, white, brown, whatever.
Let’s get a socially conservative judge. He or she won’t do anything bad to people who live with or are addicted to abnormalities, but we don’t need to be ruled over and further ruined by such people in business, academia or politics.
Let’s put a stop to the socially “progressive” nonsense. *No more political correctness. We’ve suffered too much!* Look at the suffering all around us and the horrible condition so many broken families are in before allowing a compromise.
No compromises for political correctness. Give us an old fashioned, socially conservative Supreme Court justice! The time has arrived. Don’t let the opportunity pass us by!

Look.......People can consider whether the travel ban was wise policy or not when it comes time to vote....and that includes the judges. If you don’t like the policy, vote against it next election. But, the wisdom of any policy is the last thing and SCJ should be considering when on the bench....and I mean that seriously."
