Ask her how many Constitutional Amendments have been passed in the last 50 years and why so few?
You will get a blank stare from her, if that.
But the real reason is its so much easier to pack the court with corrupt judges then to actually pass amendments.
That’s why the left uses the phrase “Living, breathing, Constitution.”
