Chairman Goodlatte: “FBI Lawyers instructed Peter Strzok not to answer many, many questions”…

Suffice to say it’s not a good look when lawyers representing the FBI are telling the central witness within a political conspiracy involving the FBI not to answer questions from congressional oversight.

House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte tells Martha MacCallum that FBI lawyers are instructing FBI Agent Peter Strzok not to answer questions from congress about the nature of his involvement within a DOJ/FBI conspiracy to stop a political candidate; and later to overthrow a presidency.

Additionally Chairman Goodlatte states the answers agent Strzok did give about his text messages was “not believable”.

Do these lawyers have names? Many via operatives do not.

One question I would like for Strzok to be asked is; did he or anyone in Justice or the FBI talk about “terminating” Trump? .......................................... While attached to 4 polygraphs.

https://www.cnbc.com/2016/07/07/what-happens-if-you-lie-to-congress.html

...Q: What are the rules about lying to Congress?

A: Glad you asked. If you are testifying in front of Congress sometime soon, and are wondering how far you can bend the truth, there are a two key statutes governing perjury you need to be aware of: U.S. Code sections 1621 and 1001 of Title 18.

Section 1621 covers general perjury, and stipulates that anyone who “willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true” is guilty of perjury and shall be fined or imprisoned up to five years, or both.

Section 1001 covers false statements more generally, without requiring an oath. The section stipulates that “whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the government of the United States, knowingly and willfully” falsifies or conceals information, including before a congressional committee’s inquiry, may also be fined or imprisoned up to five years...

Slap him with a subpoena and put his lying ass under oath.

No more screwing around.

” It is absolutely unbelievable what is going on. We are beyond it being a mockery at this point. This is a big joke to these people that all should be hung in a public square... If not, Wray should be fired this evening.

Enough is enough!”

So at what point does Congress quit flapping its gums and actually do something? Never? I thought so.

I guess in the unlikely event I ever get called to testify in court or in front of Congress, I can just get up there and lie my tail off and all that will happen is there will be an entry in my Permanent Record saying that I lied. OH NO! NOT THAT! We are all equal under the law, right?

The bike rack memorial is so stunningly effective. You get to be reminded of what the political operatives can do to you at any time if you thwart the will of the swamp. Every day you show up for work and go home.

Look it up.

I looked it up on Wikipedia (notorious for being wrong). He was born in 1970, spent some time in the Army, joined the FBI in the 90s.

We need to push for an investigation of Weiner’s laptop. 700,000 of Hillary and Huma’s emails, many classified. Also has all the “missing” emails. And no doubt, everything pay-to-play Clinton Foundation. They still have it.

All in a folder called, “Insurance.”

It’s literally the Mother Lode. And ready for this?

It. Was. Never. Investigated.

>>, knowingly and willfully” falsifies or conceals information, including before a congressional committee’s inquiry, may also be fined or imprisoned up to five years...

Hillary Rotten Clinton did that repeatedly in her Benghazi testimony declining to name people she was communicating with, saying she’d forgotten and then Gowdy responding with the name and her immediately shifting her responses.

She knowingly and willfully concealed information and lied about it. Also with regards to the cover story that it was a protest that got out of hand, her message to her own daughter the day of the attack alerted Chelsea that it was a terrorist attack.

Also Hillary’s crackberry communications are all synced on that laptop.

Mother lode indeed and the FIBbers tried to say that that 700,000 emails were merely duplicates of the 30,000 that were reviewed.

If the "transcript" leaked yesterday is true, it demonstrates the obvious, that Pete's only purpose was to declare his professionalism and lack of bias in the investigation.

Purely self-serving and no useful information.

(Which is why the leak seems so accurate)

What about IG Horowitz claiming some FBI identities were concealed because they were counterintelligence when they weren’t? That was certainly “materially false”.

“Contempt and Obstruction charges and free room and board are appropriate and required.”

The insurrectionist Rosenstein looks pale and weakly. He needs time outdoors in the sun and lots of exercise. 36-months at Gitmo would do wonders for him. He’d probably thank Trump.

Manafort is cooling his heels in prison due to alleged witness tampering. The FBI does this every day without blinking.

The FBI is part of the justice department and thus part of the executive branch. Can the president demand to see what is on the laptop? The FBI has it. Also it is rumored the NYPD made a copy of the hard drive before turning it over to the FBI. Trump has friends in the NYPD
