It should be considered by 100% of the country to be legal - because it IS legal.
That doesn’t mean it’s right (it’s not - it’s murder), but who can deny that it’s legal?
Lets not go down the path of relitigating abortion. Republicans will lose and have lost that one.

The Justices are not gods in black robes and do get it wrong sometimes. Plenty on both sides of the aisle say that the RvW decision was flawed judicial activism. As was the Lawrence v Texas decision.
