Yeah but what gets me is the cops tell the reporter to be on the look out for them. But no racial description; just clothing. As if they couldn’t change.

They've already outlawed prospective racial profiling, so bans on retrospective profiling (i.e. when the perp's race is already known) will certainly be next. Usually insane trends start in the mass media and trickle down to other areas of society, including law enforcement.
