Charging that Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., assaulted her, a journalist has filed a complaint with U.S. Capitol Police.
BizPac Review said journalist Laura Loomer was doing to Waters what “the California Democrat urged liberals to do to Trump aides: Confront them in public.”
“I filed a police report w/Capitol Police against Maxine Waters. Yesterday when I confronted her on Capitol Hill, she ASSAULTED me. She hit my hand, then she swatted me in the face twice w/her papers. I’m pressing charges,” Loomer tweeted.

Being “swatted with papers” is a weak assault claim.
Unless you’re a cop. Then if a citizen swats you with papers, you can beat the ever-loving cra@p out of him.

You DO know, of course, that the chanters are referring to Her Felonious Travesty, Hillary Clinton? NOT Maxine Muddy Waters.
Maxine could have given her a paper cut on her face. That could have required plastic surgery and would be worth a huge civil claim.
She should have been dramatic, falling to the floor, holding her face. Just ask Corey Lewandowski.
Maxine’s ‘witch-ness’ trumps her ‘black-ness’... making the race card’s worthless. In short, Maxine’s screwed if she’s being judged on a level playing field.

I thought I read originally that Waters knocked Laura’s phone out of her hand. I don’t see that now however.
This is just as bad as the one during the Trump campaign. She was not assaulted.
