Maybe a scraped knee a bandaid can cover. The cartels had added opium to the mix in fear of CA legalization, but there were no worries after all: the taxes are so high on the good pot that people are still buying illegal weed in CA.

Making marijuana legal will have absolutely zero effect on Mexico.

Mexico is a narco state that will, and already has, turned to opioids, such as fentanyl, carfentanyl, etc. as a replacement. That is no excuse to legalize marijuana.

They don’t make much cash off that these days ... all of their money comes from heroin ... coke would be a distant second. Weed is more than likely 5th or 6th place behind drugs like meth and ecstacy.
