Washington Examiner ^ | June 28, 2018

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said Thursday that the Justice Department still could prosecute former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information using a private server.

"In the event the evidence is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed and it meets our principles of federal prosecution, yes, we would prosecute it," Rosenstein said.

There is no doubt that they will NOT prosecute her. There is some much evidence of her guilt they could force her to plead out.

Hillary Clinton “lost” $6,000,000,000 of hard-earned Taxpayer money in Libya.

I say we let her work it off cleaning toilets in the Rest Areas on the Interstate.

Assign a dedicated Prosecutor to open a full fledged investigation into the Weiner laptop treasure trove of 700,000 emails. Start with Abedin sending and receiving classified info and go after ALL crimes revealed.

That would bring down EVERYONE.

"In the event the evidence is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed

I don't think that is the standard for bringing an indictment, it's the standard for getting a conviction. Why would the FBI have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt before they would prosecute? By the way, they already have. But still.

In opposition to all the other posters on this thread, I think this is great.

Either they are getting so close to the truth that people are willing to bail on Clinton; or this was a broadside against Clinton telling her to get out.

Either way, just admitting she could still be charged is a whole lot of HUH for rabid supporters.

When Henry Ford was asked how much money was enough he reportedly replied; "Just a little bit more."
