I attended one of his rallies...in a small town in New Hampshire on 8/6/16 (can't recall the town's name).It was in a high school gym that was packed to the rafters (they turned away many)and it was at least 110 degrees inside.However,the crowd was fired up...to a level that I found hard to comprehend.

At that time I must admit that I believed the drive by press claim that "he doesn't stand a chance".

But the enthusiasm is still in my memory and when I contrast it to the Javitz Center at about 11PM on Election Night I break out into a huge grin.

Candidate Trump had a rally in southwest Wisconsin about then. As I recall it started at about 1:00 AM. On a Monday.

20,000 people showed up at 1 in the morning on a Monday. Many of them waited in line starting around 4 in the afternoon.

That’s when I knew Trump was going to win. My friends and family told me I was nuts. But I knew right then he had it in the bag.
