Thought they would be 55 hertz (old Russian standard) , and the Euro countries use 50 Hz AC. Near impossible to change or rerate all of the original motors and controllers. The difference between 50 and 55 is not as great as 50 and 60 hz. Volts?

Nope, I’m wrong. 230 volt service, 50 hz. Like Poland and the rest.

Russia uses 50 HHz. It is not synchronized with the EU. That make interconnection difficult.
