All is well, but definitely getting the hot weather out our way.

How it going with the new pup?

It's going OK. He's chilling on my bed right now.((LOL))

We took a break from the lake trips yesterday due to Heat Advisory for our area. We'll see how things go today.

Definitely good idea to skip outdoor activities during the heatwave.

I take my girls out for a quick walk in the mornings because it’s a paved lot and road we have to cross over.

We had a WONDERFUL Pub Nite this week, as my rock-star-nephew was the host, and my bass student showed up and jammed with me.

Since an 84-year-old jazz singer comes every week now and does songs from The Great American Songbook, and an 87-year-old Korean War Vet Paratrooper bass player is now among the regulars, I AM NO LONGER THE OLDEST ONE THERE! HAHAHA

Too hot and rainy for hiking and biking, and I have been fascinated by the construction going on at my house. These guys are doing it RIGHT! :-)
