Booker is a poster boy for the failures of Affirmative Action. Just because he has a diploma from Stanford doesn't mean he has an IQ above 90.
Obama & Beard are other examples of the failure of Affirmative Action.
Why is Affirmative Action permitted under the Constitution? I hope this issue is brought up before the Supreme Court again - especially after Ginsburg has been replaced.

Has anyone noticed that Obama came to national prominence only after Lawrence v Texas was decided? Lawrence v Texas (2003) is the case that struck down sodomy laws...
Makes one wonder... Booker is also affected by this ruling.
