Against an unarmed subject, a man who gets to pick his female victim will win almost every time. It's not like an attacker will mistakenly choose an unusually tall, fit woman. Thugs and rapists can pick their targets, and all but the stupidest will be bigger and stronger than their chosen victims nearly 100% of the time. Throw in surprise and it gets really hard for the democrat predator to lose.

Professional MMA fighter Ronda Rousey, even at 5' 7" and 135 pounds, would probably beat most thugs, but highly-trained women like her are exceptionally rare. Women under the average female height of 5' 3"? They would have near zero chance unarmed. Give citizens such as my mother, my wife, or my daughters the firearm of their choice, and they are more than a match for a thug - in the case of my daughters several thugs.
