Yeah, I am not seeing that happen. Black women are the most one-sided voting block in the US. 94% for Hillary, 4% for Trump, 2% for 3rd party. That's not changing any time soon. At best, Trump will see that number go to 6% unless the DEMs have at least one black on their ticket, in which case the number could go lower than 4% for Trump.
Black men, OTOH, might go up. Trump got 13%, Hillary got 82%, and 3rd party got 5%. Depending on the employment numbers in 2020, Trump could see his support with black men go to 20%.
