Would it have taken too much effort for the news crew to video the neighbors yard, shown where the property line was and how far across the line the mower went? Was he one mower width over the line? Or was he way over the line? Instead this was merely a story about some meanie calling the cops on a kid.

I agree that more explanation would have helped... but I did watch the video and it seems similar to a strip of property between my and my neighbor’s house. My side has 5 or so feet. His has 6 or so feet... but they blend. We don’t have grass in that area, but he has a great big tree that sits across my side, and we coordinate our street side landscaping.
