Aside from Ben’s idiocy, I’m willing to “blame the victim” in this case.
The Gazette should have filed a criminal complaint when the shooter continued to post death threats.
Seems clear to me that the folks at the Gazette would not have armed themselves, even if allowed.

Do you have a link to what he was posting, when on death threats? Was it after he finally lost his court case, the last appeal, in 2015? TIA
