Obviously there was a lag in Obama’s economic policies and LA is just catching up. /(is the sarc tag needed?)
LA is doing fine, thank you. Real estate is ridiculous, unfortunately. But, in my 70 years, it has never “crashed”.
I bought just a new house. But, I am selling my current house. I am beginning too think that LA is going to be some odd sort of “Manhattan” where you have too have Monet to live in the city.
Suburbs, even those close to LA are slightly more reasonable.. Business is booming ... trendy stores left and right. Restaurants galore. There are jobs!!! Like it or not,LA is on the upswing!
Is it Trump? I don’t know ... but buildings are being built everywhere.
