There are only two American states out of 50 – Michigan and Vermont – where trade with Canada exceeds 10% of their annual economic output at around 15% ... other 48 states range between 1% to 9%.

49% of Ontario’s gross domestic product depends on trade with the United States ... Quebec 23% ... Alberta 31% ... Canada is going to lose ... and lose very badly.

Wasn't it Canadas prime minister that said they do not need farms because they have super markets? Just build more stores!

My cure to Canada is block all imports to the US including lumber and sell nothing to Canada. Screw that simple minded jackass.

This reminds me of the Japanese government after the attack on Hiroshima. They believed that they could eventually prevail once the Americans invaded the Home Islands. Except, we didn’t do that, we dropped another A Bomb. Game Over.

Except for Tim Horton’s, Canada doesn’t have any product or service that we can’t get somewhere else. We would prefer to trade with Canada because we like them and they are our next door neighbors, but going elsewhere won’t hurt us. It will destroy Canada. This moron Prime Minister thinks that he is dealing with Obama. Ontario can bend over and kiss their ass goodbye.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is just another socialist liberal who is raising taxes on American goods.

Get lost flies. We will make our own steel and aluminum. You make your own cars and aluminum bicycles.

Reopen the pacific NW to logging and let Canada’s timber industry wither.

I’ve got an idea. Let’s shift all of the Canadian manufacturing to existing infrastructure ans skilled worker in the USofA and say to hell with these Canadian tariffs. Oh, wait. Trump has already figured that out. He’s a step ahead of me and about 5 steps ahead of Trudeau.

Put a tariff on Canadian hockey players getting a free ride at US colleges and universities. Maybe a tariff on the pros that play in the NHL down here. In the CFL, football league, Canadian teams must have a majority Canadian players and are limited as to number of foreign players they can sign. Hit the with hockey..the ultimate pain.
PS..no Canadian team has won the Stanley Cup in the last 25 years!
