I never understood before how Christians in the Middle East could be the biggest apologists for Islamic oppression, like former UN Secretary Kofi Anan.
Now I do.
It is partially a survival tactic. Oh, you oppressors, you’re so right, I’m so bad, you’re so much better than me.
No reason to beat you into submission when you signal it so hard.
It is partially a way to achieve some power, domination through submission. This was best typified by the white female Democratic candidate who said it is my job to make other whites shut up, check their privilege.
Cheer-lead hard enough for those in power, and they may keep you around as a mascot and give you some social influence and/or they put you in charge of your own group. Then you have the highest position you could have in your oppressive society.
To paraphrase Voltaire, to know who has the power, look at who you cannot criticize.
If someone can publicly say “I wish whites were extinct”, they don’t have the power. They’re catering to those who do and share those views. This is liberal racist hatred on display. And the white woman spewing this racist hatred is doing so for her personal safety and/or benefit.
So is this vile creature still working for them?
