This interview is a must watch.

If you ever get a chance, read Reagan in His Own Hand, which conclusively proves that Reagan was intensely philosophically prepared for the role of President long before he took office, because of his many years spent ruminating on the connection between human nature and political systems. This interview suggests that Trump attained an equivalent or greater level of preparation, through decades spent perfecting the art of negotiation.

“They better just take it easy.”

Sobering words.

Too bad they won’t listen.

You’re right.

Both Reagan and Trump spent many years studiously analyzing our nation’s woes, and crafting solutions to those multitudinous problems, based upon our Founding Ideals and proven strategies.

Great observation.

There were reporters who in 1989 were tasked to do a full up review of Reagan’s presidency and they were set out with a bias, to prove Reagan was a dolt, was feeble, etc.

They proved themselves wrong. They actually discovered Reagan was highly intelligent and capable of writing all his own speeches and conducting his own policy analysis.

At least back in that day, these reporters had the temerity to admit they were wrong. Today’s reporters I would bet would fabricate the story they set out to find and spread it as gospel to all of their outlets.

Trump makes several interesting points, like the one about Harley already having the overseas move “in progress” before the tariff dustup started. Does one hear that in the MSM? Nooooo...

It was SOooooo relaxed yet professional.
