This sounds like an Alinskian protest, i.e. hey you righties are so big on family unity, we’re going to rub your noses hard in what’s ultimately a temporary problem, but it’s the principle of the thing.
But it’s a perfect time to turn around and ask the lefties about their attitudes on larger family unity issues too.
I’d like to ask them why they didn’t protest when Obama did the same thing.
Yeah, I was watching some clip of this with black women and men standing there and I was thinking: "How many of you were raised in a "fatherless" home? How many of you had your parents, married, and living together and raising children together? This is the biggest gap, and most consequential, in the black community: marriage, and single-parent (female) households. And the Left promoted that situation in the 60's and we are reaping the result now.
Also, I'd like the black Americans protesting here to answer how many entry level jobs are being taken by illegal immigrants, rather than young black men as a first step to climbing the income ladder? You guys in that community need to wake up and smell the coffee. You have had favored minority status for a long time; but, now it is illegals who get that status and the perks that go with it.
