Disappointing the great state of South Carolina would even think about something like this.
It’s not the government. It’s parents, it’s culture. After all we have kids graduating from college with degrees in Human Sexuality, Women’s Studies, Ancient Religions, Poetry of the Third World etc with a hundreds thousand dollars in student debt and no chance of finding a job.
It’s time to start telling people all work s good, honorable and necessary. We have to stop lowering standards in colleges, we have to stop telling people that a college degree is the only way to get ahead.
Try to find a good carpenter these days. Do they even have shop in school these days?
