I guess the moral of the story is if you waste billions on left wing $@#? over the decades, you end up with $@#? in the streets.

Unfortunately, it's everywhere. Add to that insane federal guidelines for dealing with storm water and waste, Around here, meeting guidelines for sewer and storm water have become unaffordable, for communities and for resident's bills.

I wonder if there is an answer.
