I was thinking that he could say to McTurd, “Push Amy through quickly, and the next vacancy will be Thapar”. McTurd really likes Thapar (same home state), so I thought maybe POTUS would use McTurd’s wish for Thapar as leverage to first get Amy. But maybe I’m thinking too much, lol.
