The Walmart.com marketplace is teeming with MAGA hats and coffee mugs, but the company has just pulled an anti-Trump shirt with the slogan Impeach 45 from its website.
Late last night, Ryan Fournier, the chairman of the political group Students For Trump, tweeted about the shirt (that also came in adorable onesie form), asking Walmart, What kind of message are you trying to send?
... It appears that Walmart has now taken down the listing for the shirt, caving in to the pressure. Another shirt that said 45 Youre Fired has also been removed from the site.

Every time I hear “Impeach 45” my immediate response is...
“DEPORT 44”
But... “INCARCERATE 44” works too...
Pretty simple. And much, much more apropos.
Why do you care if they offer vibrators online?
Also on Foxnews:
Too bad, those shirts would have come in handy for positive target ID when CW II breaks out ...
I don't care. It's just a question of how the longtime, typical Walmart customers might view this expanded product line. We saw a reaction to the Impeach 45 shirts and we might see one to other new products Walmart is selling, particularly through third party vendors.
A vibrator isn’t offensive, although it certainly isn’t appropriate for young folk. Impeach 45 probably insults 65% of their customer base, regardless of age. They are not comparable.
I'm not comparing them, you are. All I've done is question whether vibrators and other toys for sale online might bring negative Walmart customer reactions as the Impeach 45 shirts did. The possible customer reaction is my focus, not what I think of either product in question.
Sigh, apparently what I just said went over your head and yes you are comparing the customer reaction from something every class and race uses widespread to something probably 65% of their customer base finds reprehensible.
NO, I’m not comparing anything because there is no known customer reaction to the vibrators and other items yet. I’m simply wondering what the Walmart customer reaction might be once the items have been available for a longer period and have been noticed by more customers.
It went over your head. You want to give your personal opinions about the items and I just want the general customer opinion which is not yet available for both categories. Nothing for me to compare yet.
LOL thanks for the laugh, Will. Have a good night.
You’re the one providing the laughs. And don’t ever get into any field of marketing where people have to separate their opinions from those of the customers.
Nor a black director of Sam’s Clubs who openly discriminates against white males. Gee, I wonder how she got her job? cough AA cough...
I went there to check and I saw a 49 inch television for $219. Are they going to start giving them away?
I would actually have no problem with it as long as they sold conservative sloganed t-shirts too.

Well, he’s a privileged white racist, then. So that would explain the patriotism./s
