I’m not sure, beyond successfully closing our borders, what we can do, but we should surely dramatically increase penalties specifically for this kind of criminal activity by illegals. Personally I’d favor putting rape committed by an illegal, a death penalty crime. They don’t seems to be bothered by our current laws.
Make it a felony vs. misdeameanor.
