This sort of thing happens when Americans become wildly unconcerned about protecting the privileges of U.S. citizenship...it’s carelessness pure and simple. How else can you explain the election of most presidents between Reagan and Trump? Even Reagan ended up having his moment of weakness regarding the illegal immigration issue.
And worse yet, he started the 'let's close all the insane asylums' snowball rolling.
Thus doubling the number of insane, violently criminal democratics nationwide...
