Conservatism is based on a political philosophy that values liberty, freedom, individual rights, and rule of law. Mr. Boot has a political philosophy that values his exaggerated sense of himself. In other words, he is full of it. Smoking out these faux conservatives is one of the fringe benefits of the victory Donald Trump. A phony warrior who turns out to be a phony conservative.
