Man who attacked teen for MAGA hat identified as Kino Jimenez, fired from job.

A message was posted on Rumble’s Facebook account on Wednesday explaining that a part-time employee had been fired for “assaulting another person at a local eatery.”

“It came to our attention earlier this evening that a part-time employee was captured on cell phone video assaulting another person at a local eatery,” the statement reads. “The assault took place, presumably, because this employee did not agree with the other individuals political stance.”

“We have since terminated this employee, as his actions go against everything that this establishment stands for.”

not sure this is ultimately a good precedent if he did it on his own time, and there were no charges filed.

A private company sees a video of one of their employees assaulting a kid. The private company fires the assaulter.

What exactly do you think is not good?

Maxine would probably say she only encouraged harassing cabinet members, but she should have known that the Kino Jimenez types would not stop there. As you wrote, she probably secretly approves.

Post on your FB or twitter, that you slightly disagree with LGBT and gay marriage. See if you keep your job. There is already a precedent.

Kino Jimenez was busted for pot some years ago but from his photo and actions maybe he just uses pot and alcohol (5 DUIs) to come down from steroids. An Army buddy of mine told me about how he was once hooked on steroids which helped him “pump up” his muscles but then he would occasionally fly off the handle with illogical rage.

Exactly...why is he not charged with assault and theft? Fired from a part-time job? That’s barely a slap on the wrist.
This a$$clown should be made to bear the full weight of his decision to assault this young person.

Just sayin’...

Again, the leftists are only brave when they have you outsized, outnumbered, or outgunned (weaponed).

So, you want to do a full “FBI” and wait until he goes out and commits mass murder?

Past behavior is absolutely a concern of an employer.

Imagine your response if he assaulted a patron of the establishment, you would complain the employer should have known of his abusive and criminal behaviors and not hired the guy.

The owner of the bar, can fire any employee, any time for any reason, or for no reason.

What precedent are you yakking about?

I once owned a bar and if one of my bartenders pissed me off, regardless of the circumstance, I'd fire them in a NY City minute, and piss on their lawyers or their rights.

My bar, my rules.

Show up, work hard, get paid, STFU, yunz got an opinion or a complaint, write to your local paper or see your Priest.

I didn't want to hear about your bitchen and moanen, I was married and had my own personal bitcher and moaner.

With 5 DUIs in Texas, that would involve a minimum of 10 years in prison. 3 makes felon. I don’t know how he is not incarcerated.

Remember the financial officer That berated the Chic Fil a employee? Last I heard, about 3 months ago he still could not find a job. Lost his house, he and his wife have been on welfare. Wise old army saying, “ don’t sh-t in your mess kit”.

I went shopping today with my 'Trump, MAGA' shirt on, but didn't knowingly do it.

My first stop at SAM'S Club, I got quite a few thumbs up before I realized the women were smiling at my shirt and not at my massive chest:(

When I got a scowl I would say {loudly}, "I'm waiting for her".

Needless to say, "I never leave home without...them."
