I agree that the Wall should be built entirely inside Mexico, so that anyone caught attempting to cross can be immediately sent back over without any legal recourse. A properly constructed and patrolled Wall can eliminate 99.9% of illegal crossings.

As you say and I agree. Now the next one to secure is the west coast. It is now
estimated that about as many illegals are here now via the west coast as that
comes in via the southern border. These are coming from the far east, Asia, etc.
