Most Mexican food here originated in Texas so we’ll keep it.
I found out about that the first time I tried to order "Mexican Food" in Mexico City and couldn't find it anywhere in the city. What we call Mexican food, the Mexicans call "Tex-Mex" food, and Mexicans don't like or serve it.
