In the original article, David Faris, a political science prof, proposes that Dems reject ALL former restraints on their drive for power. He advocates that Dems create a situation which would ensure that they gain permanent power. He is, in effect, advocating for creating a dictatorship when he writes,
If Democrats are resolved to fight dirty, they should be studying cases of successful and failed realignments, fleshing out the ideological framework to explain themselves, and building the internal consensus it will take to follow through. They should be assessing their leaders with the goal of realignment in mind, rejecting those whose mental models still have a place for concepts like meaningful bipartisanship.

The Dems have always been clear their final goal is the full destruction and replacement of the United States with something unrelated and unrecognizable. As in all extreme leftist societies this will include authoritarianism and will not include the people having a say any longer in their futures or the way their country is run. The leftist elites are certain they know how to create a perfect society, if only they can grab enough power and force everyone to submit to them. Weve already seen how that turns out.
We should always remember what this is all about: disenfranchising American citizens and steeling their country from them.

If California breaks itself up, the remaining states need not either recognize these new entites as states nor recognize any of them as the legitimate successor to the existing state.
So if they’re dumb enough to try, we can make it mean a net Dem loss of 2 Senators and a couple dozen House seats.
