I am utterly dumbfounded as to why we are doing this. Just last week the Supreme Court Ruled that Trump has absolute and unequivocal power on immigration matters. He must have a finding that the existential immigration status is ‘Detrimental to the National interest.” That’s it!! These illegal aliens are per se “detrimental to the national interest.” Build the wall. Stop illegals AT THE BORDER. Enforce the laws of the United States. This is absurd after the Muslim travel ban case. Its over!! Just do it!!
The court ruled on the travel ban. There are a number of federal injuctions requiring these illegals be processed a certain way.
The Wall is the issue.
