I actually believe that the viable baby has civil rights. Civil Rights are not state issues. Civil rights are protected no matter what the state says. Compare this concept. Illegal aliens are imputed civil rights such as due process, free food , housing, education, unearned income tax credits. They are entities under the law — why not the same consideration for babies?

He is a protege of John Sanunu , the worst Rino in the history of man. Sanunu actually was the reason for that blazing liberal Souter to be picked by bush!! Given the stakes it is grossly irresponsible to take any chance whatsoever that this pick will end up being a feminist or an elitist or an anti-American.

I agree with Ted that Lee would be a GREAT choice. So would he. But right now, we need them both in the Senate.
I could look beyond that if they were the only good choices available. but they’re not.
