I don’t know about you but I’m damn sick and tired of the two-tiered justice system in this country. It’s time the untouchables were touched and damn hard. I’m going to write President Trump and express my views on this. Maybe if all of us who are digusted with the legal system in this country started writing our senators, representatives, and the President there might be some reaction. Although, I’m beginnig to lose faith.

Sleepy the Dwarf would have to wake up and grow a pair to do any of that. But he will defend him, just like he has Rosenstein’s stonewalling. Congress needs to impeach Rosenstein. That might give Trump political cover to fire him and appoint someone honest.

Well, that depends who you are, apparently.
The only thing Congress currently does about refusing subpoenas is refer to the DOJ (by a vote of the whole chamber on contempt of Congress). The DOJ has the final say on prosecution for contempt of Congress, which is only a misdemeanor anyway.
Besides, isn’t it accepted on FR that Strzok has turned and Silent Executioner Sessions is planning to take down the Deep State? This is just a chess move like the Awans, right?
His boss is Donald J. Trump.
Maybe Trump can instruct him to testify or be fired.

You are correct. If you or I ignored a subpoena, bad things would happen to us. If Strzok ignores one, the likelihood is that everything will be just hunky dory for him
