Hikund's district voted 69% for Trump.
It's Borough Park Brooklyn. It's an Orthodox Jewish district that usually votes Republican.

I honestly don’t know why Hikind is a dummoscrp. He is an Orthodox Jew with very conservative values. THAT is why I can certainly see him parting company with the likes of Schumer, but it still leaves the question of why Hikind is still “D”.His district mainly registers Democrat but they usually vote Republican.
