If someone is supporting American trade interests, I’ll support them, when they are doing that.

The other 99% of the time, he’s totally off-base.
The problem is, Schumer is lying.
Just like Democrats running for office say they will not support abortion or Pelosi for Chairman, then when in office turn right around and support what they promised they wouldn’t.
Some Republicans pull that stunt, but ALL democrats do.
