British spies were first to spot Trump team's links with Russia (flashback)

Britain’s spy agencies played a crucial role in alerting their counterparts in Washington to contacts between members of Donald Trump’s campaign team and Russian intelligence operatives, the Guardian has been told. GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added. Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said. The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said. Another source suggested the Dutch and the French spy agency, the General Directorate for External Security or DGSE, were contributors.

Yep...it was a setup from the git go! I am still curious about the true role the Australian Foreign Secretary Downer had in all of this! Was he put up to it by the British Intel Chief who abruptly quit after Trump won? All roads lead to a muzzie commie!

Past time to re-evaluate our relationship with the British and re-assess their reliability as a US ally.

So what we learned from the article: 1) The US was sleeping...but we had spies in Trumps campaign...DOESN’T MAKE SENSE.

2) BRITISH FOUND IT FIRST...YEAH! They’re the ones that made it up! You can’t get more FAKE than this crap.

I could go on and on but everyone who has been awake the past year knows all the details.

Oddly, there is no law against talking to, doing business, or otherwise interacting with Russians. Even if Trump was trying to make business deals with Russia, he committed no crime in doing so. And the spying on him as far back as 2015 is completely unconscionable. (For what reason were they spying on him then? Had he even thrown his hat in the ring at that point?)

Fusion GPS was contracted to the Russians. Podesta, the Clintons’ brain, was contracted to the Russians. The Clintons were taking money from the Russians to the tune of hundreds of millions. The infamous Russian lawyer who tried to set up Trump Jr was Fusion. But MI6 was all over Trump.

Sounds about right.

It’s easy to be the first to spot something when you planted it yourself. Good grief.

The Soviet Union was our enemy.
Hmmm, I think their communist system fell back in 1990 or so... and they became democratic and our friends, right???

Besides, when they were still the USSR, they were COMMUNIST, which also would be considered friendly to our democrat party.

So which is it, lefties?? How is Russia bad, again??

And all this is in the place of NO EVIDENCE but tabloid hearsay that some of Trumps TEAM may have talked with some diplomats from Russia, whom again, we are friendly with since the fall of the USSR..

Interesting that the leftist Guardian has such a cozy relationship with British intelligence sources.

“This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added.”

Yet supposedly no information from traditional intel sources was used as the basis for opening the investigation.

I believe that a large motivation behind the Trump-Russia “collusion” narrative is that the Democrats used to scoff at conservatives for being mistrustful of the Soviet Union (while they were colluding like crazy with it).

Fast forward to today, and many Democrats, especially the fossils like Hillary, Pelosi, et al., still believe that conservatives are reflexively paranoid about Russia. They also believe that the conservative base is as emotionally driven as the liberal base, and seek to manipulate us through emotions. Thus, their calculus that if they emotionally try to tie Trump to Russia, conservatives will automatically become paranoid and reject Trump. It is not working because most conservatives apply logic and facts to their reasoning and are not easily manipulated through emotions.

If Trump’s ties to Russia were real, Mueller would already be back to his day job.

The UK government has been hijacked by globalists, as was ours before DJT. We should not forget how good we have it right now. Pray for the British people... they don’t deserve globalism any more than we do.
