It is awful that so many inner city school systems produce such poor results.
But then you have to discuss issues such as a culture which derides doing well in school as acting white, issues such as teachers not being ng sbek to teach because they are overwhelmed with discipline problems in such schools, etc.
It's so bad the teachers should go on strike and demand more money...like Arizona and Colorado and....

Yeah, those issues might have validity, but the current US Public schools are controlled by unions that are little more than Commie Front Groups (yeah, that’s right.)
So, until you get rid of those taxpayer sucking reds, nothing else will improve.
